Greetings. I am a skilled Belly
Dance Artist located in the Washington DC Metro area. I have twelve years of
performance experience and have performed up and down the East Coast
on stage, in restaurants, at nightclubs and for wedding receptions. I have
performed as a soloist, as well as with my troupe, Martiya Possession;
which was one of the first Gothic Belly Dance troupes in the United States.
I have studied with and taken numerous workshops with several excellent
teachers like Anthea Kawakib, Elizabeth Artemis Mourat, and with one
of my all time favorite teachers and performers - Jill Parker! I also studied
Flamenco and Classical Spanish dance with Carmen de Vicente of Madrid
Spain.

I have performed at the Pentagon, the National Guard Bureau, Nation Nightclub in DC, Casablanca Restaurant in Alexandria Virginia, Marrakesh Restaurant in DC, The Warehouse Theatre in DC, The Virginia State Theatre, Georgetown University, Black Cat Nightclub in DC, and at the French Embassy in DC, just to name a few! read more
